Brittany Earl-Colandrea, MS, MT-BC: Brittanyhas been a board-certified music therapist since October, 2020. She attended SUNY New Paltz from 2014-2020. Brittany majored in Music Therapy and minored in Psychology during her undergraduate years. As a graduate student, she became the President of the Music Therapy Club and graduated from the Music Therapy Master’s degree program in August, 2020. Throughout her education and career she has worked with people of all ages in a variety of settings, including nursing homes, physical rehabilitation centers, day hab programs, group homes, and schools. Brittany has been a musician since 2008 and has performed with a variety of bands. She currently works as a professional musician with the Hudson Valley band, Lucky House.
Laura Stevenson has been working as a professional musician for over 20 years. Her music therapy journey began in 2022, and has seen her working in various settings including skilled nursing and memory care units as well as the oncology ICU at Vassar Medical Center. Her work with individuals at The Music Therapy Studio often incorporates her skills in songwriting


David Hernandez
David is a multi-instrumentalist, composer, and educator experienced in a broad range of musical cultures and time periods. He is interested in exploring the therapeutic potential of advanced musicianship combined with creative intuition and radical empathy. David holds a Doctor of Musical Arts degree in composition from University of California Santa Cruz and a certificate in music therapy from Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College.
